1. Physical Wall Art

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at create@spiralmagic.nl with your order details and photos of the damage. We will ensure a swift resolution, including:

• Replacement Process:

• We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected from your location at no additional cost to you.

• A replacement item will be produced and shipped to you promptly.

• Refund Option:

• If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process it once the item has been collected.

 

Conditions:

• Returns for reasons other than damage or defects are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our physical wall art.

 

2. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales for digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once your file has been delivered, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed.

 

3. General Guidelines

• Return Window: For damaged or defective physical items, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Shipping Costs: Spiral Magic covers all shipping costs related to returns for damaged or defective items.
